Do I need to call for an estimate?
No. Our calculator provides a price before asking for contact information for eligible homes. Homes 4,000+ sq. ft. or with significant buildup require photo review.
What's included in a Standard Clean?
Reachable surface dusting, vacuuming and mopping, kitchen counters and exterior appliances, bathroom surfaces, ordinary trash removal, and light straightening.
Can I schedule recurring cleaning?
Yes, the planned options are weekly, every two weeks, or every four weeks. First visit is full price, followed by a recurring discount on the Standard Cleaning core.
Will I pay before the cleaning?
At launch, the plan is to securely save a payment method and charge after the completed visit. The concept preview does not collect card details.
What if something was missed?
The proposed make-it-right policy provides a 24-hour reporting window for missed checklist items and coordinates a reasonable targeted correction at no additional charge.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
The proposed cancellation rules are free with at least 24 hours' notice, 25% within 12–24 hours, and 50% within 12 hours or for a lockout. Final customer terms will be published before launch.
