WHAT TO EXPECT
An application process built on trust.
Provider onboarding covers business details, service coverage, experience, references, insurance, and tax/payout setup. Required identity and criminal-history screening will be performed by a third-party service with proper consent before a provider can be activated.
Providers will remain inactive until every required review is complete and an administrator has approved access.
Provider requirements
- Independently established cleaning business or sole proprietor
- Active liability insurance; minimum coverage to be finalized
- Cleaning experience or references
- Equipment and supplies provided by your own business
- Background screening and identity verification before activation
- Independent control over your methods and schedule
