How InstantClean Maine collects, uses, and protects information submitted on the website.
You can browse services and see a cleaning price before entering your name, phone number or email address. Booking forms collect contact details, street address, selected town, property characteristics, cleaning preferences, date and arrival window. Provider-interest forms collect the business and contact details submitted.
Submitted information is used to calculate quotes, record booking selections, check appointment-window capacity, maintain service records and respond to inquiries.
We use Vercel for website hosting and Neon for storing service data. Third-party companies may supply fonts or imagery. Transactional email may be delivered through Resend when configured.
Database credentials are stored on the application server, not in browser code. Do not enter payment card numbers, government identification or sensitive household access codes in ordinary inquiry fields.
Submitted records are stored in our operational database. For questions about the information you submitted, or to request a correction, use the contact channel displayed on the website.
The website does not store raw card details. Payment and provider background screening services are handled by dedicated services with appropriate safeguards and consent where applicable.
