Independent cleaning businesses
InstantClean works with established independent cleaning businesses and sole proprietors. Providers manage their own methods, equipment, products, and other clients while meeting the agreed cleaning scope and safety expectations.
Insurance and business qualifications
Providers must meet relevant insurance, licensing, experience, and business requirements. Required documentation and proof of coverage are reviewed during onboarding.
Identity and background screening
Activation requires proper identity verification, informed consent for third-party background screening, any necessary review steps, and separate administrator approval.
Job offers and acceptance
Providers see the general location, service scope, scheduled window, and payout before accepting a job. They may pass without penalty for passing. Once a job is accepted, cancellation and reliability standards apply.
Customer privacy and access details
Customer addresses, private notes, and access instructions must be protected and used only for assigned service work. Providers should share information only when reasonably necessary and authorized.
Service quality and completion
Providers complete the agreed cleaning checklist, document service completion, note inaccessible areas, and coordinate reasonable correction of eligible missed tasks.
Provider pay and tips
The marketplace starts with a 72% provider share and a 28% platform share of the normal service price. Providers receive 100% of customer tips. Payouts are scheduled weekly after completed services are collected, subject to applicable payment terms.
Taxes and onboarding details
Providers are responsible for their independent-business tax obligations and supply the required tax and payout information through secure onboarding, including applicable W-9 information.
Program standards
Fraud, serious safety incidents, repeated service failures, or material violations of provider requirements may result in suspension or termination of marketplace access.
